We brought it back because we built the thing it describes.
Before this we spent more than a decade building hiring software. Heartsome is where that experience goes next: the whole job, not just the hiring.
We’re self-funded, with no investors and no board and no one in the building who wants growth at any cost. It is the reason the price is fair, and the reason nothing hides behind a tier.

- How much does it cost?
- €1 per employee per month for HR, and €1 per open role per day for hiring. Every feature is included. No tiers, no add-ons, no annual contracts.
- What if we’re a non-profit?
- Looking after your people shouldn’t depend on what you can afford. It’s €1 per employee per month with every feature included, but if your budget is genuinely tight, email support@heartsome.co and we’ll find a solution together. See our non-profits page →
- What size company is Heartsome for?
- Usually teams under 50 people, where one person looks after HR - often a founder or office manager doing it alongside their main job, sometimes someone whose whole job is HR. - GDPR-compliant, EU-hosted, and encrypted. HR data is sensitive and we treat it that way. Your data is yours: export it anytime, delete it anytime.
